Privacy policy

How Fairway Finds handles marketplace information.

Last updated: 25 June 2026. This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we use it, and how users can contact us.

Information we collect

We collect account details, contact details, location details, listing information, uploaded photos, approval status, and messages or enquiries sent to Fairway Finds.

Why we use it

We use information to create accounts, review users and listings, show seller contact details, support direct buyer-seller communication, prevent abuse, and manage paid Fairway Finds placements.

Seller information shown on listings

Approved listings may show seller name, location, email, phone number, and WhatsApp contact so buyers can contact sellers directly.

Payments for Fairway Finds products

Payments for featured listings, sponsored listings, and advertising may be processed through iKhokha. Fairway Finds does not process buyer-seller item payments.

Direct buyer-seller deals

Payments, deliveries, inspections, refunds, and disputes for listed items are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or financial information.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand site visits, page performance, and marketplace usage. Analytics helps us improve the website and does not replace direct safety checks.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, payments for Fairway Finds services, and website analytics.

Keeping information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect account and listing information, but users must keep their login details private and report suspicious activity quickly.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask for access, correction, or removal of your personal information where applicable. Some information may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
