Fairway Finds SA connects verified buyers and sellers of pre-owned golf gear. These terms help protect buyers, sellers, and Fairway Finds while keeping every sale clear, traceable, and fair.
Using Fairway Finds
Registration is free. Users must provide accurate profile, address, contact, and contact information. Fairway Finds may verify, approve, suspend, or decline any profile or listing to protect the marketplace.
Listings and item condition
Sellers are responsible for listing items honestly, using real photos, correct pricing, accurate categories, and a fair description of condition. Listings may be reviewed before going live and can be removed if they appear misleading, unsafe, duplicated, or unsuitable.
Free listings and paid visibility
Standard listings are free. Sellers can optionally pay for featured listings from R49 to R99, sponsored listing placement, dealer subscriptions, or homepage advertising. Courier charges, payment provider fees, or other direct transaction costs may apply where agreed directly between buyers and sellers.
Direct buyer-seller deals
Fairway Finds connects buyers and sellers. Payments, collections, inspections, courier arrangements, and delivery risk are handled directly by the parties. Never pay before verifying the seller and the item.
Collection and delivery
Buyers and sellers arrange collection or delivery directly. Sellers should package items safely if shipping is agreed, and buyers should confirm delivery details before paying.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are arranged directly between buyer and seller. Fairway Finds may review reports about misleading listings or unsafe behaviour, but it does not hold funds or process payment reversals for direct deals.
Fraud protection
Fairway Finds may request extra information, remove listings, or block accounts if fraud, suspicious activity, or abuse of the platform is suspected.
Marketplace responsibility
Fairway Finds is a marketplace facilitator, not the original owner or manufacturer of listed items. We help manage approvals, listing visibility, and support, but buyers and sellers remain responsible for direct payment and delivery arrangements.
By creating a profile, listing an item, buying through Fairway Finds, or requesting a paid placement, you accept these marketplace terms. These terms may be updated as the platform grows.
